Obligation to keep official secrets
| １） It doesn't leak about all other information on the business of the customer who learnt when the profession is accomplished. |
| ２） A professional engineer is punished to the penal regulations of the imprisonment of up to one year etc. by providing for Article 59 of the Professional engineers law, when the obligation of the confidential nature is owed by Article 45. |
| ３） The intellectual property caused when the profession is accomplished is assumed to be the one that belongs to the customer. However, after both conferences agree, it might be assumed that it shares according to the contribution. |
